ARCC Warranty is subject to these conditions
- A written notice of infestation must be sent by registered mail to ARCC. The notice must contain the name and address of the owner of the claimed infested roof and must describe the current condition of the roof in detail.
- This warranty shall not apply to any damage caused by not following ARCC's recommended periodic roof maintenance.
- This warranty shall not apply to any damage caused by fire or severe weather conditions and ARCC shall have no liability for any consequential, incidental, indirect or special damage or loss of any kind whatsoever caused by leaks.
- This is the only warranty ARCC makes. ARCC does not give any other warranty implied or expressed with out it's written consent.
- ARCC shall not extend the terms of this warranty except as required by law.
- This warranty shall not be binding on ARCC unless the purchaser makes payment in full for a complete roof cleaning using the Retrievers system..

How to maintain your roof
- Birds, insects, debris etc. does settle on top of the roof and a periodic cleaning by a certified roof cleaning company is necessary to prevent unwanted build up on the roof.
