Having your roof clean will save you a fortune on roof repairs.
Roof Manufacturers developed special coatings for their products to be energy effecient. They called it "Energy Star Colors" and their study of Reflectivity and Emmissivity are all based on CLEAN roofs, therefore a DIRTY roof will make energy cost higher.
Having a Clean Roof will also Increase the Dollar Value of your home and would probably SELL better in the Real Estate market compared to the dirty ones.
